Children: 2 daughters Caren Lewis is the owner of Cc elaine Salon Bride Chic (www.ccelaine.com) in Indianapolis. Her unique designs have been featured in Ebony magazine and toured nationally with Brides Noir magazine. This diva shares her passion for fashion with her clients. She promises that every bride will receive movie star treatment when it comes to the design of her wedding gown. Caren's vision is to establish a chain of custom bridal salons throughout the country where brides would be able to select a gown from the Cc elaine collection or have a gown designed for her. July will be especially sweet as the bridal dress designer gets to walk down the aisle herself. Congratulations, Caren!!!!
1. What is your biggest accomplishment? I would have to say my biggest accomplishment has been being able to live out my passion and make a living at it. 2. Name your favorite movie. Love Jones. 3. Describe your personal diva style. My personal style has become very simple, clean cut and natural. Since I started having babies. 4. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? Never EVER give up and dream big. 5. You look mah-valous! What is your secret?? Just take it easy & dont stress cause its all good. 6. What's one dream you look forward to having come true? Having my Bridalwear & Leather Collections shown in the New York fashion shows on 7th Avenue during Fashion Week; capturing the attention of my professional peers and, oh yeah, the buyers too! 7. If a movie were made about your life, what actress would play you and who would be your leading man? Jada Pinkett-Smith & Morris Chestnut 8. What 3 adjectives would your best friend use to describe you? Easy-going, Emotional, Driven 9. What makeup/beauty essential can you absolutely positively not live without? A good skin care regimen. Right now I'm trying Proactive Solutions but I also love Beauty Control skin care products. 10. What’s playing on your CD or MP3 player right now? Sade, she's my all time favorite artist. 11. What is one thing you wish more people knew about you? That I love the adventure and exploration of life so much. You never know whats going to be around the corner. How exciting is that! 12. What, in your opinion, is the formula for success? Trust in God. Belief in Jesus Christ and serving others. The rest will be history. 13. What motivates you? Love/God & Passion 14.
